I find that I use smokes to go with my feelings. A cigarette to calm a nerve, to relax from steam, or to add the cherry on top of some sort of happy? It's been officially just a little bit over a year that I've been smoking now. Pretty much everyone that I've encountered strongly disagree in this habit. Some of them have gone out of their way to reason with me, prevent me and ultimately tried to stop me. Their countless efforts have not gone to waste as there are times where I thought about quitting. I've made several attempts to quit, but none that I seriously kept, as I realize that going cold turkey is more difficult than I thought. Old habits die hard ?? There's no real reason as to why I picked up smoking, and there is no real motive to push me to stop smoking completely. However, smoking is something that is going to stop. One day.
